Primarily we service the city of Winnipeg and up to 100km beyond city limits. Properties located outside of city limits are subject to an additional $50 charge/each direction (plus applicable taxes).

Payment is due prior to service(s) being performed.

We accept Interac e-Transfer (preferred), and Cheque.

During the initial home staging consultation, the house is assessed as to what steps should be taken in order for it to look its best before hitting the market. Pre-listing Consultations typically take up to 2 hours depending on the size of the home. You will be provided with recommendations on new paint colours, repair & maintenance issues, furniture and accessory placement and suggestions on furniture/accessory purchases or rentals.

At the consultation we will discuss your spaces’ needs and challenges, your design style, and anticipated end result. Consultations typically take up to 2 hours depending on how many spaces will be redesigned.

Some or all of the following services will be performed: rearranging furniture, decluttering, hanging/rehanging artwork, removing/replacing/rehanging window treatments, “shopping” your home for items that can be used for re-purposing, and other tasks that will add to your home’s appeal. In some cases, recommendations for light cosmetic updates and/or the purchase or rental of alternative furnishings are made.

Instead of creating an entirely new decorating scheme with new furnishings and accessories, we will work with your existing furnishings and “shop” your home for items that can be rearranged, reused and repurposed to give your space a fresh new look.

Staging and redesign times can vary depending on the size of the home and number of rooms. On average it takes approximately 3-4 hours.
